Steps to take if your item is damaged and how to report it.
If you receive a damaged item, please note that Cloud Skin is not responsible for the return and refund of damaged items, whether the order was placed through our checkout concierge or via affiliate links. In all cases, the buyer has purchased directly from the supplier, and in checkout concierge cases, we have simply provided a convenient way to transmit your order request to the supplier.
To resolve issues with damaged items, you should contact the supplier from which you purchased the item. Each supplier has different policies regarding refunds, returns, and handling damaged items.
If you are unsure which supplier you purchased from, we recommend searching your email inbox for your order receipt. This receipt will typically contain the supplier's contact information and details about their return policy.
