If you have purchased a product and you later change your mind, you have the statutory right to cancel all or part of your order at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day you receive the products you ordered. A refund will be issued for those products, when they are returned, subject to certain deductions outlined in Refund Policy.
Please note:
Your right of cancellation will not apply to products which are unsealed and which will not be suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless the product is not as described, fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality as required by consumer legislation.

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment, the price of the applicable product plus any applicable taxes. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be issued.
