Multiple Items in One Order

How orders with multiple items are processed and shipped.

When you place an order through the Cloud Skin checkout concierge, the process for handling multiple items depends on whether they are from the same supplier or different suppliers.

Orders from the Same Supplier

If you add multiple items from the same supplier to your cart, these items will be transmitted together to the supplier. The goal is to minimize the number of shipments, so you can expect to receive your items in the smallest number of packages possible. Suppliers will dispatch these orders according to their usual shipping arrangements.

Orders from Multiple Suppliers

For carts and orders where multiple items have been added from different suppliers, the order will be split for each supplier to fulfill individually. This will be clearly indicated on the checkout page.

As a result, you may need to pay separate shipping fees for each supplier. A detailed shipping breakdown will be displayed on the checkout and order confirmation screens, showing the exact costs associated with each supplier's shipment.

Order Transmission

Our checkout concierge will attempt to transmit order requests in parallel to all suppliers. This means that while you may have multiple items in your cart, the order processing will be efficient, and you will receive updates from each supplier regarding your order status.
