The Item I Wanted to Buy is Out of Stock

What to do if you find a product that is out of stock.

If you encounter an item that is out of stock, please note that Cloud Skin is not responsible for keeping items in stock. While we strive to maintain only products that are currently available, stock levels can change rapidly.

Stock Notifications

If you would like to receive stock notifications or alerts for a specific item, you will need to check with the supplier of that item directly. Many suppliers offer options to sign up for notifications when an item becomes available again.

Stock Inaccuracies

Please be aware that Cloud Skin is not responsible for any stock inaccuracies shown on our site. Our product feed may not always be in sync with the actual inventory levels maintained by the suppliers. Therefore, it is possible that an item may appear to be in stock when it is not.

Orders Placed Through Checkout Concierge

For orders placed through the checkout concierge, stock checks will take place when we transmit your order to our partner supplier. This process also includes price checks. If there are any price differences, we will ask for your confirmation before proceeding.

Please note that out-of-stock errors may occur if we cannot complete a checkout for the item you are looking to purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
